The pieces are generous, tender, cut and cooked before your eyes, on the grill, if you sit at the bar. It’s up to you to choose your accompaniment: grilled vegetables, sweet potato, sautéed potatoes with garlic… The room is huge, airy and decorated with industrial elements, obviously, this is where the soul of Parkwood resides.
