Swimming & Jogging Located along the Sea Point promenade and offering stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Sea Point Pavilion Swimming Pool is a Cape Town gem, combining the best of the aquatic world with the city’s coastal scenery.
This outdoor pool complex consists of several pools, including an Olympic-sized pool, a children’s pool and several other pools of different sizes.
The complex also has green areas for relaxing, showers, changing rooms. The rather dated changing rooms are a downside.

La promenade
The Sea Point Promenade is one of Cape Town’s most beloved attractions, offering residents and visitors a space to relax, recharge and enjoy the city’s natural beauty. Stretching for several kilometres along the coastline of Sea Point, this promenade is a haven for joggers, walkers, families, skateboarders, dog walkers and anyone looking to soak up the panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
While walking along the promenade, one can admire the regular spectacle of paragliders descending from Signal Hill.
A notable feature of this promenade is its collection of art installations and sculptures, making the walk both aesthetic and cultural.

Clifton 1-2-3-4
Clifton Beaches in Cape Town are some of the most famous and popular beaches in the city. Nestled at the foot of the slopes of Table Mountain, Clifton Beaches are a series of four picturesque beaches, each separated by natural rock formations.
Clifton 1:
This is the northernmost of the four beaches and is often the least crowded, making it a popular choice for those seeking a little more peace and quiet.
Clifton 2:
Popular with the younger crowd, this beach is often lively with groups of friends, beach games, etc.
Clifton 3:
Originally known for being frequented by the gay community, it now welcomes all curious couples and families. The 3rd beach is also appreciated for its natural beauty and calm waters.

Sandy bay
One of the distinguishing features of Sandy Bay is that it is widely recognized as a nudist beach. However, this does not mean that nudity is mandatory. Visitors are free to choose what makes them comfortable.
Due to its isolation, Sandy Bay lacks the usual amenities that can be found on other beaches. There are no food stalls, showers or other facilities. This contributes to its wild charm.
Once you have parked your vehicle, you will have to walk about 15/20 minutes on a small dirt and sand path to finally discover this beautiful beach.
